Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as BSA in Healthcare.
• Very good understanding of USA Healthcare.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools usage is a top priority.
• Proficient with Agile project management including Rally for feature/user story creation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare business processes and data requirements.
• Define features and user stories; collaborate with stakeholders.
• Work with development teams to translate requirements into solutions using Rally.
