- Develop use cases, workflow diagrams, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support solution design discussions and impact assessments.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
- Validate delivered functionality against documented requirements.
- Coordinate defect resolution and requirements clarification during testing phases.
- Ensure successful implementation of business and regulatory requirements.
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst experience.
- Strong work experience on US Healthcare projects in similar capacity.
- Experience supporting healthcare interoperability and integration initiatives.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and system requirements.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Worked on similar projects which involved HL7, CCDA, FHIR APIs and FHIR Implementations
