Edward Jones is seeking a highly motivated Omni Operations & Reporting professional in Tempe to drive product launches, system enhancements, and process improvements across the organization.

The role partners with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, delivering data-driven solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, and SQL, while supporting risk management, regulatory controls, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, operations, product support, or business analysis.
• Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute product launches, system enhancements, process improvements, and operational initiatives.

Omni Operations & Reporting is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative professional to drive operational excellence, support strategic product initiatives, and enhance business processes across the organization. This role serves as a key partner between business stakeholders, product teams, vendors, and internal partners, ensuring the successful delivery of product launches, platform enhancements, risk management activities, and process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical, technical, and project leadership skills, capable of translating business needs into effective solutions. Success in this role requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration, client experience, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement are critical to achieving business objectives. The candidate should demonstrate experience working with operational data, reporting, and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, and SQL). Familiarity with SuRPAS and mutual fund operations is preferred, along with experience leading cross functional projects and managing vendor relationships to ensure successful outcomes and ongoing operational effectiveness.
