They excel at coordinating training, managing time entry and expenses, procuring industrial materials, and organizing large onsite events. With excellent communication skills, a process‑improvement mindset, and the ability to build strong professional relationships across the plant, this candidate can also analyze financial, operational, and administrative data to provide clear, actionable insights. They are willing to work onsite 100% of the time, including cave environments, and live within an hour of the plant.
Has, maintains, and applies broad contemporary knowledge of principles, practices, procedures, and resources associated with management services functions. Administrative elements may include: planning, research and analysis, interpretation of practices and procedures; and serving as liaison for coordination of management services functions. May serve as technical or project lead for assigned areas. Identifies improvement opportunities for changing procedures and technology and recommends/coordinates changes.
Typical duties may include:
Independently performs assignments as to customary work practices and procedures. Non-conformance with program objectives are elevated to higher level for guidance and may carry a recommendation for resolution.
Education and Experience/Certificates, Licenses, and Registration Requirements/Other Requirements
Demonstrated competence at the Administrative Professional Level.
Demonstrated skills in planning, organizing, researching, and evaluating business needs for assigned functional areas.
Demonstrated competence in providing customer service.
Experience in plant/organization systems, standards, and processes.
