Key Responsibilities:

Operations:
  1. Analyze and evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity.
  2. Develop and implement strategic operational improvements.
  3. Coordinate with operations staff to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Administration:
  1. Oversee payroll processing and onboarding of new hires.
  2. Manage schedules, checklists, inventory control, and purchasing.
  3. Streamline administrative systems to reduce costs and improve accuracy.
  4. Maintain and update standard operating procedures and documentation.
Customer Service:
  1. Serve as a key point of contact for both customers and staff.
  2. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Human Resources:
