Summary

As Director of Business Strategy and Planning, you will help lead the evolution of Gainwell's entire business. You will work with executive leaders across the company, champion our transformation and strategic initiatives, develop strategies, operational plans, and the necessary capabilities to measure success.

You will bring a proven track record in business management, digital health and healthcare, government service, and/or cloud-based IT and business services. Extensive experience with strategy and transformation in digital health offerings and a passion for industry change are essential. You should be strategic, creative, and innovative, capable of managing complex, multi-faceted strategic and operational initiatives across various stakeholders.

Your role in our mission

1. Develop, manage, and track Gainwell's Enterprise and Operations Transformation Programs, including benefits analysis, resource organization, opportunity capture, and progress tracking.
2. Support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from inception through recommendations to key stakeholders.
3. Liaise with Operations, Accounts, Finance, Executive Leadership, and Board members on strategic and transformational initiatives.
4. Develop Board materials and report on the progress of Transformation Programs.
5. Manage, lead, and grow a team of analysts supporting strategic, efficiency, and effectiveness initiatives.
6. Build relationships, partner, and influence business area leadership and teams across Gainwell to coordinate efforts.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Public Health, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, and/or operations roles, preferably within healthcare and government programs, either in corporations or top-tier consulting firms.
• Experience in strategic planning, development, and execution.
• Proficiency in creating, communicating, and tracking operational plans and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills, confident presentation to C-Suite and stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise products such as SaaS platforms, internal infrastructure, program delivery software, and APIs.
• Ability to lead transformation and change initiatives across multiple business units from strategy development to implementation.
• Extensive experience with PowerPoint and Excel.

What you should expect in this role

• This position is 100% remote with up to 25% annual travel.
