The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly qualified Business Strategy Analyst I (Mid Level) – Adobe Digital Tagging.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based at our San Antonio, TX; Plano, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Colorado Springs, CO; Charlotte, NC; Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL offices. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
What you'll do:
As a Business Strategy Analyst I on the P&C Digital Tagging Team, you will be instrumental in enabling data-driven decision-making by leveraging your analytical skills to translate business requirements into actionable insights that drive better outcomes for both the business and our members. You will work collaboratively across our P&C products, to provide a comprehensive understanding of how members engage with our digital platforms. This role requires an understanding of the member journey, bridging business needs with IT execution and analytics to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in reporting. You will be a key contributor to optimizing digital experiences.
Utilizes quantitative and qualitative analysis to provide thought-leadership on evolving industry trends, market developments, USAA’s strategic direction, regulatory environment, and macroeconomic trends for the business unit. Provides insights and information-based context for key stakeholders in the business unit to effectively manage, influence, and impact line of business strategy.

Compensation: The compensation range for this role is $85,040-$162,550.
Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
