This full-time role includes presenting services, marketing training programs, and supporting workforce outcomes through partnerships and reports.

ACSET/West Michigan Works! is seeking a Business Solutions Representative (Project Lead) in Ottawa County, to build strong employer relationships, promote Michigan Works! services, and connect businesses with recruitment, training, and workforce resources.

This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position offers an annual wage of $45,489 $63,677, based on qualifications and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits, retirement plans with employer match, tuition reimbursement, financial wellness program, paid holidays, and accrued time off.

The Business Solutions Representative (Project Lead) will present West Michigan Works! services to employers, and the community, market training programs, assist employers with recruitment resources, and provide labor market information. The role also includes recommending resources and community partnerships, representing Michigan Works! at career and job fairs and other events, reviewing proposals, preparing reports, supporting Workforce program outcomes, and maintaining effective relationships with local and regional businesses.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Social Services, Public Administration, or a related field, along with two to four years of leadership experience in business or workforce administration, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
