C2 Global Professional Services (C2 GPS) is seeking a Business Solutions Recruiter to build and sustain partnerships with local employers, solicit job orders, and collaborate with Career Center staff to fill openings.

You will manage postings, assist in recruiting and screening candidates, and coordinate hiring events and community presentations to meet workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for employer partnerships.
• Ability to manage multiple postings and coordinate recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships with local employers.

Position Summary:

A core member of the C2 GPS’ career center team, The Business Solutions Recruiter is responsible for establishing and maintaining business partnerships with local employers, soliciting job orders, and working with Career Center staff to fill job orders.

Essential Functions:

• Manage job postings and assists employers in recruiting, screening, and referring qualified applicants.
• Acts as primary point of contact to the business community to ensure hiring needs are met.
• Responsible for the obtainment of programmatic agreements.
• Responsible for the recruitment, scheduling, and logistics of hiring events and job fairs.
• Conducts presentations, coordinates events and meetings with community organizations.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
