Overview

The Business Solutions Manager - Mid-Central US will develop and strengthen sustainable relationships within the assigned territory of the Travel Leaders Network. The incumbent must proactively visit customer accounts and develop strategic plans for growth and success. Excellent verbal and communication skills are essential.

The territory includes the states of WI, IL, ND, SD, MN, NE, KS, OK, IA, MO, MI, IN, OH, AK, LA.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements core supplier sales plans and utilizes Travel Leaders Network products and services in the assigned territory.
  • Travels to member agencies, local/regional sponsored events, and industry-sponsored events.
  • Provides presentations and explains member benefits, including marketing, technology, and other programs with high ROI for TLN.
  • Communicates member requirements and collaborates with other departments to support achievement of goals.
  • Recommends areas for growth and supports members in reaching those goals.
  • Evaluates territory performance against objectives and guidelines.
  • Provides timely activity reports via Salesforce.com.
  • Conducts at least 60 contacts weekly, in person or via phone.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or at least 5 years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Willing to travel up to 35% of the time.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in account management and retention.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working from home and traveling.
  • Goal-oriented, pragmatic, disciplined, and action-focused.

The salary range is broad to comply with pay transparency laws and varies based on experience, location, and other factors. The role may include incentives, commissions, or bonuses based on performance.
