Job summary

onsemi is seeking a motivated student to join the PSG Operations team in Scottsdale, AZ as a Business Solutions Analyst. You will support strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and drive technology-enabled solutions to enable growth.

You will work at the intersection of business and IT, using data analytics and automation to improve efficiency and decision-making, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. MBA candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• Familiarity with business systems, databases, or enterprise applications.
• Basic programming, scripting, or automation experience (e.g., Python, VBA, Power Automate, SQL).
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and web-based applications.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing technology-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing or operations is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle EBS, ERP systems, or related enterprise platforms is a plus.
