Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution design, pre-sales consulting, or operations advisory within insurance or business process outsourcing.
• Proven expertise in designing multi-tower solutions within insurance contexts, including carriers, MGAs, and brokers.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and agentic workflows, with a focus on insurance operations.
• Experience with RFP/RFI responses and proposal development processes.
• Preferred certifications include CIC, CPCU, AINS; technical or consulting certifications are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance operations and industry regulations.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically for client engagements.
