Job Description:

This role involves providing specialized and personalized service, offering advice and guidance to financial center clients across the full spectrum of borrowing and banking services at each stage of the client's life plan. Key responsibilities include acquiring new clients and deepening existing relationships by conducting meetings and presenting tailored solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role requires balancing sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship management by leveraging specialized expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Recommends financial advice and guidance aligned with client goals and needs
  • Builds and deepens relationships with clients by leveraging the bank's capabilities
  • Analyzes client financial needs and recommends suitable financial services
  • Engages clients through outreach and pipeline management, with regular follow-up
  • Decides on client requests and refers to internal partners as needed
  • Collaborates with financial center leaders and team members to deliver exceptional client experiences
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven success in business-to-business sales or small business banking
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence clients effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills and problem resolution abilities
  • Track record of successful sales
  • Ability to build productive partnerships and relationships
  • Experience with outbound phone sales
Desired Qualifications:
  • Financial literacy, including spreadsheets and financial skills
  • Experience with in-person customer service and sales
  • Experience working with small business clients
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
  • Knowledge of small business products and services
  • Bilingual skills (preferred)

Pay Transparency and Benefits:

Location: US - MD - Wheaton - 2601 University Blvd W (MD9970)

Pay range: $26.00 - $32.89 hourly, based on experience, education, and skills. Incentive eligibility is included, with plans potentially comprising monthly, quarterly, and annual rewards based on performance.
