We are hiring a Business Services Team Manager to oversee travel, logistics, events, scheduling, expense policies, and administration.
This executive role requires excellent coordination, planning, decision-making, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and management skills. It involves managing large-scale company events with extensive travel, handling visa and travel issues, and ensuring safety and efficiency. The team also reviews expense claims for fairness and compliance, requiring integrity and transparency. Responsibilities include managing operational costs and tactical decisions, and providing 'EA'-like services for company leaders, such as scheduling and project coordination.
Location: Worldwide, home-based, with exceptions for locations with offices (e.g., London, Taipei, Beijing).
