Job summary

Conagra Brands invites you to join our data & analytics internship in Omaha, NE, designed to blend business insight with emerging technologies. You’ll work on meaningful projects, build dashboards, and collaborate with experienced teams across business and technology units.

As a GBS Business Services Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in automation, AI-enabled analytics, and digital transformation, with formal orientation, professional development, and relocation/housing support as needed.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program with at least one semester remaining after internship.
• Pursuing MIS, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, CS/IT, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Passion for using technology, data, and innovation to solve business problems.
• Interest in automation, AI, analytics, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and data-driven improvements.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to aid leadership decisions.
• Develop proofs-of-concepts using PowerBI, Databricks, and AI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Support design of intelligent workflows and automated processes.
• Explore emerging technologies for efficiency and insights.
• Present recommendations and project outcomes to business and technology leaders.
• Build skills bridging business strategy, analytics, and technology delivery.

Interns should expect to work 40 hours/week

Intern Compensation starts at $23/hr

Hourly Rate: $20-28

We set you up for success. All interns participate in two days of orientation in Omaha. You’ll receive professional development before and during the internship. Network with and learn from our leaders across the company. Summer Hours. Offices close at 1p.m. on Friday. You don’t have to stress about getting to your new city or where you’re going to live. Summer relocation and housing is provided by Conagra as needed. Summer Send Off. Come back to Omaha to celebrate and give back to the community.

Over the course of the internship, you may:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, AI, and data‑driven improvements.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help leaders make better business decisions.
• Develop proof-of-concepts using modern technologies such as PowerBI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI solutions.
• Work alongside business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Support the design of intelligent workflows, automations, and AI‑enabled business processes.
• Explore emerging technologies and evaluate how they can create efficiencies, insights, and competitive advantages.
• Present recommendations and project outcomes to business and technology leaders.
• Build skills that bridge business strategy, process improvement, analytics, automation, and technology delivery.

Do you have what it takes?

• You are enrolled in a degree program with at least one semester remaining following the internship.
• You are pursuing a degree in: MIS, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• You have a passion for using technology, data, and innovation to solve business problems.
• You are curious about automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, digital transformation, or emerging technologies.
• You enjoy combining analytical thinking with business problem‑solving.
• You have strong communication skills and can translate data and technical concepts into business insights.
• Experience with PowerBI, SQL, Python, Power Platform, AI tools, analytics platforms, or automation technologies is a plus but not required.
• You are willing to relocate to Omaha, NE for the duration of the internship.
