Overview

We are seeking a motivated Virtual Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves attending pre-set virtual appointments with interested prospects and decision-makers, ensuring our services are a fit, and closing sales. All appointments are scheduled on your calendar between 9 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Attend 5–8 qualified, 30-minute virtual appointments per day
  • Engage decision-makers using a consultative sales approach
  • Ask qualifying questions to confirm service fit and uncover needs
  • Provide clear, informative presentations of our solutions
  • Close sales with an average conversion rate of 38%
  • Follow-up as needed to secure agreements and finalize sales
Compensation
  • Average sale: $500
  • Commission: 25% of revenue
  • Typical reps close 1–3 sales per day (avg. 2/day)
  • Expected weekly earnings: $1,250 (10 sales in a 5-day week)
  • Uncapped earning potential
Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales experience (marketing, advertising, or similar is a plus)
  • Comfortable with virtual appointments and consultative sales
  • Computer with reliable internet connection and clutter-free space
  • Interest in email, SMS marketing, or AI is a plus
  • Strong communication and closing skills
