TEAM Wireless is seeking an Associate Director – Business Sales to lead a high-performing Client Executive team in a hybrid role serving the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh markets. The role focuses on consultative selling, account management, and delivering revenue growth for Verizon Business services.

You will hire, coach, and manage a team, drive new business, and execute sales strategies across assigned markets while aligning with executive-level priorities and customer needs.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven ability to deliver sustained revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of wireless, telecom, or technology sales.
• Experience selling complex managed network and security solutions.
• Strong network of C-level client relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
