Business Relationship Manager - Priority Acquisition
  • Segment focus, customer-focused needs-based selling
  • As a Priority Clients Acquisition Executive, focus on acquiring new HVS customer relationships and fulfilling needs related to Liabilities, Insurance, and Investment, as mandated by the Bank. This also involves deepening these relationships through cross-selling various products.
  • Conduct CDD, MLP & TCF diligently
  • Zero tolerance for Fraud and Mis-selling
  • Attend training, acquire knowledge, and apply it to the job function
  • Adhere to all policies, guidelines, procedures, and comply with local regulatory requirements
  • Comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures, report suspicious activities to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager
Qualifications
  • Substantial experience in the banking industry, including success in a similar role
  • Sharp business/sales acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and multicultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Ability to work with geographically dispersed and varied stakeholders
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in CASA sales in the region
