Job summary

You will collaborate with branch and regional managers to execute marketing plans, manage loan packages, and promote digital banking solutions. The role emphasizes sales, client education, and cross-border banking between U.S. and Asia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial lending and/or private banking with proven sales track record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of C&I loans, SBA loans.
• Knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products; international experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, marketing/sales, consulting and negotiating skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High energy, results-oriented, and team player.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly/annual goals by generating C&I, CRE, mortgages, SBA, treasury, deposits, investments, and related products.
• Develop and implement customer-centric marketing plans to generate new business via prospecting, networking, referrals.
• Maintain understanding of credit policy, client eligibility, and loan package submission.
• Participate in local/regional business functions; coordinate campaigns and events.
• Provide management with input on competitive policies and practices.
• Educate customers on using our digital banking and investment platforms.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly/annual goals through business generation of C&I, CRE, mortgages, SBA, treasury management, deposits, investments, and international and other commercial and consumer products offered through East West Bank.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and/or Branch Manager to develop and implement customer‑centric strategic marketing plans and generate new business through prospecting, outside calling, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain and apply a thorough understanding of the bank’s credit policy, client eligibility and all necessary business practices to ensure the submission of accurate and complete commercial and consumer loan packages.
• Actively participate in local and regional business functions; coordinate and organize targeted campaigns and events.
• Provide management with input regarding current policies and practices of competition, when appropriate.
• Educate customers on how to use our digital platforms to bank and invest when, where and how they want.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial lending and/or private banking with proven sales track record.
• Strong understanding of C&I loans, SBA loans and/or industry‑focused lending.
• In‑depth knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products; experience in international activities between U.S. and Greater China preferred.
• Strong analytical, marketing/sales, consulting and negotiating skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High energy, results‑oriented, and work well in a team environment.
• Strong desire and capability to influence, educate and connect team, partners and customers to technology.
• Has ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $71,000.00/Yr. - USD $140,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
