A leading data movement company is seeking a Business Recruiting Sourcer to build the foundation of its hiring engine. You will partner with recruiters to identify and engage top talent across various roles. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of sourcing experience and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is remote and offers a contract position with competitive hourly compensation.

The Opportunity
As a Business Recruiting Sourcer at Airbyte, you’ll play a critical role in building the foundation of our hiring engine. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and nurture top technical talent across multiple concurrent searches. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, is comfortable managing a high-volume requisition load, and brings creativity to uncovering talent in niche technical spaces.
You’ll sharpen your sourcing expertise while helping shape how Airbyte attracts, evaluates, and hires world-class talent across Finance, Operations and GTM.
