About The Role

We seek a motivated Business Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will source, attract, and hire top talent for our Customer Experience, Operations, and G&A teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the hiring process.

What You Will Do
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Source and develop a candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews, keep candidates informed, and negotiate offers.
  • Set expectations with hiring managers and develop interview processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to craft sourcing strategies.
  • Develop recruitment advertising and employer branding strategies.
What You Will Need
  • At least 3 years of full-cycle business recruiting experience in G&A, Customer Experience, Operations, GTM, etc.
  • Startup experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A record of high-volume hiring (5+ hires per month).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of recruiting metrics and their application.
  • Experience with ATS and recruiting tools like LinkedIn or Gem.
