ITCON Services in Vienna, VA seeks a motivated Business and Quality Analyst (BA/QA) to collaborate with developers, testers and stakeholders in gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks. The role focuses on requirements analysis, quality control of deliverables, user acceptance testing, knowledge transfer, and leading product implementation and post-production support.

Ideal candidates work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Quality Analyst.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into detailed tasks for design/development.
• Strong research and analytical skills; excellent communication.

ITCON Services is seeking to hire a motivated and knowledgeable Business and Quality Analyst (BA/QA) to join our team. The BA/QA will work in close collaboration with developers, testers, and other project roles. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to gathering stakeholder requirements, performing requirements analysis, participating in technical analysis with the development team, performing quality control of any deliverables and products, supporting user acceptance testing, perform knowledge transfer and training, and lead product implementation and post-production support.

The ideal candidate for this position should be able to work with minimal supervision, employ effective time management skills to organize and handle multiple highly visible priorities, projects, and products simultaneously, be comfortable leading testing and analysis activities while coordinating closely with multiple teams. Additional responsibilities will include advising and instructing project teams and project managers on process improvements to promote efficient project delivery and adherence to processes and standards.

This opening is for a full-time salaried position located in the ITCON Services headquarters in Vienna VA. Applicant of the United States and clearable for Public Trust clearance with the U.S Government.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field preferred
