BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate for its Business, Property, and Construction Law Practice Group in San Francisco, CA. The role involves supporting California public school districts in transactional and litigation matters.

You will guide compliance, assist with construction delivery methods and land acquisitions, draft and negotiate agreements, and support litigation tasks with research and document review. JD required; CA bar admission preferred.

Requirements

• Litigation experience preferred.
• Admission to the California State Bar.

Education
