Business Project Manager

ABOUT US

P&R MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY INC. focus on the research and application of measurement and control technology, empowering the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry by providing the necessary measurement and control instruments and equipment, automation devices, data value-added services, and tools for research, design, and production.

About PRM(USA)

The company is located in San Jose, covering an area of over 500 square meters. Its main functions include industrial design, marketing, and serving as a service outlet in the United States. Currently, it has about 15 employees based in different locations at home and abroad, and the staff size will continue to expand in 2025.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Project Planning: Communicate with customers and internal teams to develop detailed project plans; conduct feasibility analysis.

2. Project Execution and Monitoring: Coordinate various resources according to the project plan, promote project progress, and ensure the project is delivered on time.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain close communication with customers, understand their needs and expectations, and provide timely feedback on project progress to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints and issues, coordinate with internal teams to solve customer problems, and maintain a good customer relationship.

1.Bachelor's degree or above in business, management or related fields.

2. At least 5 years of project management experience in business field.

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills with both clients and internal teams.

4. Proficient in project management tools like MS Project.

5. Excellent problem - solving ability under tight deadlines.
