Job description

The Business Project Lead Analyst, Center of Excellence ("COE") is a key role at CuraScript SD ("CSD") responsible for supporting program & project management within the COE organization for CSD. This role will be responsible for supporting the execution of strategic initiatives and projects through a disciplined process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Leads mid-sized to large projects or components of a larger project and directs one or more teams of business subject matter experts involved in key strategic initiatives
  • May coordinate with other project managers on enterprise projects with large scope
  • Develops and maintains project plans that consider the business objectives, key milestones, timelines, resource impacts and task sequencing required to deliver the desired value of each project.
  • Collaborate with the technology team in order to improve system implementation processes - requirements, testing, etc.
  • Drive projects through a disciplined approach for the delivery of initiatives that support strategy enablement and support growth opportunities.
  • Maintain the program's budget and synergy tracking
  • Manage effective communication across the project as well as being able to communicate higher level to leadership as well as to downstream partners
  • Ability to understand, and pull in the training/OCM team to capture organizational change impacts throughout the project to ensure proper training and/or education is conducted

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred, high school diploma or GED required
  • 4+ years of program management experience required
  • 2+ years of SAP experience required
  • Highly self-directed and focused on achieving goals.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and promoting collaborative partnerships to drive results.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively to various audiences/levels.
  • Strong willingness to collaborate with others on team to identify and solve problems.
  • Complex problem-solving capability and experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Power Point and Word.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 74,000 - 123,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
