Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce by bringing payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services together into a single connected HCM platform. This role leads management of ongoing business programs, planning and executing initiatives, and delivering accurate reporting.

You will partner with Paychex teams and external partners to drive productivity, reduce expenses, and continuously improve procedures through metrics and governance.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• 8 years of experience in related field.
• Project management experience or certifications a plus.
• Excellent group facilitation skills; real experience with groups implementing multiple initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs with Paychex partners to improve productivity and reduce expenses; implement best practices, standards, and metrics across the organization to improve consistency of results.
• Coordinate and lead post-event analysis with affected teams to capture details of success, opportunity and exposure to drive improvement and client satisfaction in the program’s area(s) of focus.
• Maintain a metrics system that reflects the area measured and drive improved procedures.
• Maintain and grow revenue and reduce expenses in the focused area.
• Ensure continued coordination and communication of program; identify underutilized program opportunities and implement innovative strategies to drive increased activities in these areas.

Overview
Provides management of ongoing business programs critical for Paychex success. Leads the planning and ensures the execution of program initiatives and is responsible for accurate and consistent program reporting metrics.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $75,663 - $118,900 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
