Pay Range : $50 - $55 per hour on W2

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Strategic Program Manager to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing AMD EPYC workloads and sales tactics. The successful candidate will lead innovative programs, maintain a competitive edge, and ensure alignment with essential customer and partner goals. A seasoned program developer with a knack for strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to advance AMD EPYC workloads and increase sales performance.
• Conduct competitive analysis and pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness.
• Manage cross-functional teams to align program objectives with customer and partner needs.
• Utilize sales enablement tools and programs to enhance seller effectiveness.
• Oversee product development and trends analysis to advise on new product / service needs.

Must-Have Skills :

• Proven experience in program management within the technology domain.
• Deep knowledge of AMD EPYC solutions and server / CPU technologies.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.

Industry Experience required :

Experience in the technology industry, specifically with a focus on hardware, CPUs, or similar technologies, is essential for this role. Familiarity with business development or Cisco in the hardware sector is a plus.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant program management experience and an MBA or relevant degree preferred.
