Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers' Sales and Services, LLC is seeking a Business Process Specialist, Data & Process Analytics to translate stakeholder needs into actionable work requirements and bridge IT and business teams with data-driven insights.

You will apply data analytics skills using SQL, Power Platform, Tableau and Alteryx to deliver quick research and sustainable analytics solutions while leading cross-functional work streams.

Qualifications

• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree BA/BS in Engineering, Statistics, Business, or equivalent, industry experience
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Willingness and ability to travel as required based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Interpret stakeholder needs and translate them into detailed, actionable work requirements
• Bridge IT and The Business with traditional business analyst responsibilities
• Leverage data skills and software (SQL, Power Platform, Tableau, Alteryx) to deliver quick research and sustainable analytics solutions
• Serve as subject matter expert applying knowledge of data analytics and process improvement
• Apply critical thinking to position data and tools for success across multiple work efforts
• Carry out work streams from inception to final execution, proactively identifying risks and owning accountability
• Identify root causes of data/reporting issues and explain problems to non-technical audiences

Business Process Specialist, Data & Process Analytics

Job Summary

• Interpret stakeholder needs and translate them into detailed, actionable work requirements
• Perform traditional business analyst responsibilities to bridge the gap between IT and The Business
• Leverage data skills and software (SQL, Microsoft Power Platforms, Tableau, Alteryx, etc) to deliver quick research as well as sustainable analytics solutions (extracting, manipulating, and visualizing data)
• Serve as subject matter expert, applying knowledge of data analytics and process improvement to identify opportunities and drive change autonomously
• Apply critical thinking to position our data and tools for success across multiple work efforts in parallel
• Carry out work streams from inception to final execution, proactively identifying risks, streamlining cross-functional efforts, and owning accountability for success
• Identify root causes of issues related to data or reporting, striving to understand situations in depth and with total accuracy. Carefully and creatively explain problems to non-technical audiences

CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires regular work at a CCBSS office location at least 1 day per week . The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager’s discretion and will change based on business needs.
