The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Business Process Specialist to provide a wide range of consultation and process improvement support to our Government customers.

Support of Shipyard and NAVSEA business operations and initiatives may include facilitation and training services, consultation, technical/administrative/logistical coordination, meeting cycle management, data analysis, action tracking, return on investment calculation and monitoring, and portfolio management.

Enhance the methods, tools, effectiveness, and outcomes of Shipyard and NAVSEA operations and ensure alignment with corporate initiatives.

Manage communications, customer expectations, and delivery of work products.

Work site will fluctuate between the customer site and home site. Must be within commuting distance of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard.


Responsibilities:

Support local and corporate Working Groups & Industrial Communities of Practice (iCoP). While the selected candidate’s iCoP responsibilities will primarily be focused in one of these three areas, there will be times when assigned work may span all roles to ensure successful execution of iCoP team services and support.

  • iCoP Operations Liaison role focuses on leveraging prior Shipyard-related experience to provide in-person consultation and thought partnering with Shipyard iCoP Leads in planning and hosting multiple iCoP events. Serve as a Shipyard knowledge management connection point. Assist iCoP Liaison teammates at other Shipyards as needed. There currently are two positions posted. One position will fill this role.

  • iCoP Logistics role focuses on iCoP event coordination and execution, to include agenda development, speaker support and scheduling, venue contracting, facilitating iCoP event modules and team building activities, event materials production/printing, and completion of all post-event requirements. There currently are two positions posted. One position will fill this role.

  • iCoP Headquarters Support role focuses on maintaining operational alignment and standardization across the iCoP team. Support the NAVSEA iCoP Program Manager. Serve as point of contact for various NAVSEA programs, initiatives, and other efforts. Responsible for HQ reporting and other administrative responsibilities.

Analyze and assess activities and initiatives, projected results and actual outcomes, participant engagement, team effectiveness, metrics, and risk factors.

Facilitate and lead planning, execution, and close-out actions for routine in-person and teleconference meetings, department head meetings, strategic off-site meetings, and strategic planning sessions. This includes pre- and post-administrative support/coordination.

Provide consultation, tools, and methods to aid decision making, program management, and action planning.

Support and coordinate with customers in preparation of documentation and deliverables.

Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and timely completion of written reports to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.

Qualifications:

Required:

Must be a United States Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance and subsequent final DOD Secret security clearance.

Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of work experience facilitating process improvement initiatives. In lieu of the degree requirement, candidates with minimum 10 years of directly applicable work experience may be considered for this position.

Training and experience in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Shingo, or Theory of Constraints.

Demonstrated project management, meeting management, research, and facilitation skills and proficiency in the preparation, selection, organization, and presentation of information in a concise and coherent manner.

Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.

Outstanding organizational skills to efficiently manage competing priorities, multiple concurrent taskings, and firm deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365.


Desired:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Certification in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Shingo, or Theory of Constraints.

Experience facilitating meetings attended by senior leadership.

Work experience with the Naval Maintenance Community, United States Navy, or the Department of Defense.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
