Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a BP Program Manager to lead site-level programs at the Warsaw facility. You will drive execution by coordinating interdependent initiatives, managing risks, and aligning cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

You will own plans, resource forecasts, and status reporting, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality compliance and effective governance. Expect collaboration across leadership and multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience leading projects, programs, and/or teams.
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably medical devices.
• Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Materials/Chemical/Manufacturing Engineering or related.
• PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of Design Controls and FDA/ISO regulatory requirements.
• Experience with manufacturing automation and tech transfer.
