We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Sales Professional with 5+ years of experience in selling BPO services, workflow optimization, and automation solutions.
You should have experience selling and established relationships in one or more of the following areas: Accounting/Finance, Insurance/Claims, Healthcare/Medical, Legal/Contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Development: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies within defined targets to drive revenue growth across BPO, BPA, workflow, and AI-driven automation services.
- Consultative Selling: Present BPO solutions to prospective clients, highlighting how Vision360 Enterprise workflow automation and AI can streamline operations, reduce costs, generate ROI, and savings.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads using tools like Zoominfo, cold-calling, web meetings (Teams), social media (LinkedIn), email campaigns (SalesLoft), networking, and innovative methods.
- Solution Demonstrations: Engage prospects with impactful demos emphasizing solutions, process efficiencies, ROI, and cost savings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, ensuring profitability.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain a sales pipeline, manage CRM, and provide updates to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, operations, and implementation teams for seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of BPA and BPO sales experience, with a proven record in workflow automation, AI services, and process optimization.
- Proven success in closing high-value deals in finance, healthcare, retail, logistics, etc.
- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies like BPA, AI, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Pipedrive, SalesLoft, Zoho CRM) and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in BPO or automation fields.
- This is a remote position within the U.S. with willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
