Position Summary

It will manage and optimize business processes through automation for the team in Plano, Texas, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify inefficiencies, design automation solutions and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between automation initiatives and business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of automation projects.
• Provide technical expertise and support to ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in business process management or automation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI, machine learning).

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in business or computer science.
• Experience in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar business systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
