CGS is seeking a skilled Business Process Designer (BPD) – Junior to support mission‑critical operations for a federal client.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and recommend improvements to organizational workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
• Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
