Lonza Group Ltd. is seeking a Business Process Architect (P2P) to help shape and optimize Procure-to-Pay processes within the SAP S/4HANA transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience with Procurement, Supply Chain, Invoicing, and Payment processes.
• Experience with SAP solutions, preferably SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into scalable process solutions.
• Analyze and redesign procurement, supply chain, invoicing, and payment processes for future-state operations.
• Lead process mapping and design activities within SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Collaborate with stream teams, SI partners, and stakeholders to validate requirements and proposed solutions.
• Support testing, data migration, training and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain process documentation, standards, and training materials.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, data quality, and system utilization.

As a Business Process Architect, you will play a key role in the Nexus Digital Core Transformation program, helping shape and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes as part of Lonza's SAP S/4HANA transformation journey. You'll collaborate with business leaders, process experts, and technology teams to design future-state solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and business decision-making. What you will do

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Invoicing, Payment processes and related master data management
• Strong understanding of business process design, optimization and transformation initiatives
• Experience working with SAP solutions, preferably SAP S/4HANA and Procurement-related modules
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead process improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams and drive organizational change
