Shur-Line, headquartered with its corporate office in Mooresville, NC, seeks a Business Process Analyst to own data governance and master data integrity within SAP, focusing on BOMs, routes, work centers, and product specifications. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Business Process Team to improve operational excellence.

You will develop and distribute reports for sales, marketing, operations, and leadership; help implement standard operating procedures; train users on SAP data lookup;

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office programs; advanced Excel and Access experience
• Knowledge of new item creation process, bills of material, routings and work center structure
• Experience with SAP queries, data tables, and creating/writing reports

Responsabilités

• Enter and maintain accuracy of all product data elements in SAP, including bills of material, routes, work centers and product specifications.
• Provide necessary information and communication for product data changes throughout the business.
• Generate, maintain and distribute reports for all departments including, sales, product marketing, channel, operations and business leadership.
• Participate in the development of Standard Operating Procedures for all master data related processes.
• Provide input into root-cause analysis for master data related issues.
• Provide support to business by training users on how to look up product and production information in SAP.
• Participate in sku rationalization activities and provide product master data to facilitate those activities.
• Extract product information and submit to third party vendor for data synchronization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for data governance/reporting and the overall integrity of our master data. This person will be a vital member of the Business Process Team and contribute to the overall operational excellence of the Shur-line business.An outline of the core responsibilities are as follows:

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQVI, SQ01 and SQ02
• Experience with SAPs LIS reporting
