Job Overview

The Business Process Analyst – Quality role is a key position within the Quality Organization of the Aerospace, Defense, and Marine (AD&M) Business Unit where they help shape the future of data analytics and reporting.

The candidate must effectively partner with other functions ensuring business requirements for continuous improvement activities are documented, understood, and concisely communicated to stakeholders and IT for efficient solution implementation.

As part of the role, the candidate shall be responsible for identifying gaps and rolling out new updated procedures and electronic systems in conjunction with carrying out training to ensure a proactive culture and mindset for all AD&M employees.

This is a remote position.

Job Requirements
  • Collaborate with Quality and cross functional experts to understand their requirements and overall business needs and translate high-level ideas into well-defined solutions including writing the system/enhancement requirements/specifications
  • Collaborate with IT partners to ensure that solutions are tested and deployed seamlessly
  • Explore new technologies and analytic solutions
  • Drive implementation of SAP enhancements to drive compliance and efficiency within the organization
  • Conduct effective training on solutions that ensure compliance and sustainment of the initiatives
What your background should look like
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Business.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment in a quality role.
  • Significant experience with AI and Automation Tools, Cloud-Based Analytics Platforms (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, TeamGuru), SharePoint, Advanced Data Modelling Techniques, and Agile Project Management Methodologies
  • Extensive working knowledge of SAP QM and MM modules (SAP QM Super User, preferred), eQMS experience preferred
  • Working knowledge and experience with ISO9001 (required) and AS9100 (preferred), or other relevant industry standard
  • Ability to support the Leadership in the execution of the business strategy
  • Drive for Results: Displays initiative in meeting expectation and goals.
  • Exposure to working in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience is leading organizational change
  • Experience working and developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Proven continuous improvement process experience
  • Experience in complying with customer, statutory and regulatory requirements.

COMPENSATION

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $92,900 - $139,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location). Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
