Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Piscataway, NJ to drive digital SAP-based Supply Chain solutions. You will work with external manufacturing teams across North America and Latin America to design, test, and implement SAP-driven processes that align with global standards.

The role requires SAP MM experience, knowledge of PP/QM, and ABAP proficiency, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP MM for consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing industries.
• Technical expertise in SAP PP, QM or SAP WM/EWM preferred.
• Experience implementing SaaS SCM collaboration or EDI/XML/JSON solutions to integrate external manufacturers (e.g., SAP Ariba, Nulogy SCC).
• Proficiency in ABAP programming.
• Experience across all stages of full lifecycle project implementation (Requirement Gathering, Blueprint Mapping, Customization, Realization, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live support).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Role Summary

This position is based in Piscataway, New Jersey and reports to the IT Global Applications Organization (GA), supporting the Supply Chain teams responsible for external manufacturing of products for Colgate and Hill’s Pet Nutrition across North America and Latin America. As a Business Process Analyst, you will play an integral role in driving the implementation of digital Supply Chain solutions to foster a fully integrated, collaborative environment. You will apply conceptual knowledge of supply chain management to design and execute IT solutions that fulfill strategic business goals while actively engaging global, divisional, and regional leadership.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze, research, and resolve complex requests and procedural challenges submitted by the external manufacturing Supply Chain organization.




• Apply domain expertise and technical knowledge to deliver optimized IT solutions for business processes across North America, Hill's Pet Nutrition, and Latin America.




• Manage and execute the design, testing, and configuration of SAP systems in alignment with global standards, project scope, and business requirements.




• Partner with IT peers, business stakeholders, vendors, and external resources to effectively deliver key Supply Chain initiatives.




• Communicate project milestones, technical solutions, and operational updates clearly to cross-functional business units and key leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering a related field.




• 3+ years of experience in an IT role configuring and implementing SAP MM (Materials Management) for consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing industries.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical expertise in SAP PP (Production Planning) , QM (Quality Management) or SAP WM/EWM




• Experience implementing SaaS Supply Chain collaboration or EDI/XML/JSON solutions to integrate external manufacturers (e.g., SAP Ariba, Nulogy SCC).




• Proficiency in ABAP programming.




• Experience across all stages of full lifecycle project implementation (Requirement Gathering, Blueprint Mapping, Customization, Realization, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live support).




• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts into business terms.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $97,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
