Job summary

HII’s Ingalls Shipbuilding division is seeking a data analyst to study business processes and develop indicators that guide decisions. The role requires collaboration with business and technology teams to define system requirements and data needs for new initiatives.

Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, with 0 years of experience preferred. Experience with T-SQL, Oracle, and Power BI is desirable. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pascagoula, MS.

The Role

Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business indicators. Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for new and modified processes. Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. Requires knowledge of e-commerce tools, computer system capabilities, standard business processes, and workflows.

Must Have

Bachelors degree or above and 0 years of experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience w/ T-SQL, Oracle, or other database management systems.
• Experience w/ Power Bl or other data visualization tools.
