The Gist…
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requires support with management consulting services to support the Investment Analysis Office (IAO) with management consulting services in business process transformation.
This role leads and supports business process improvement, reengineering, modernization, and transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and mission outcomes. Responsibilities include assessing complex business processes and performance across financial, workforce, and operational functions; facilitating requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement; conducting process modeling, workflow, risk, and cost analyses; and developing data-driven recommendations aligned with strategic objectives.
The role supports enterprise-wide process integration, performance measurement, organizational change management, and implementation planning while producing executive briefings, operational documentation, and actionable insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement. This position reports directly to the Guidehouse project manager and provides in-person support to the client located in the Washington, DC office.
