Role Description

Srilasya LLC is seeking a Business Planning Associate for a client project. This is a part-time, contract-to-hire role based in the United States. The position focuses on creating a full and comprehensive business playbook. The role will involve extensive research, strategy development, and operational planning to design a complete playbook for the client’s new business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research into schooling laws, trends, and market conditions in the USA
• Develop a full business plan and operational playbook covering all aspects of launching and running the company
• Identify opportunities, risks, and strategic pathways for growth
• Provide strategic recommendations across marketing, operations, compliance, and growth models

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, strategy, or consulting is preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies
