ACCU Staffing in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business operations. The role focuses on building models and delivering insights for leadership.

You will collaborate with finance and operations, monitor costs, and drive improvements in reporting processes and ERP data accuracy. This position requires 4–6 years FP&A experience and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or business planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Manufacturing or physical-product industry experience is required.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, or similar tools; ERP experience preferred (Epicor/CRM a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial planning.

Pay Rate: $90,000–$110,000/year (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial planning
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, labor, and cash flow
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and budget variances
• Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, production, and gross margins
• Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, and financial insights for leadership
• Partner with finance and operations teams to improve business performance
• Support pricing, productivity, and operational analysis
• Improve financial reporting processes and ERP data accuracy

Shift/Hours:

• Monday–Friday | Approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Requirements:
