Summary:
Responsible for planning, analyzing and conducting interviews with customer department users, clinicians, and technical teams for Governance over the System Commitment Requests and the resulting request Intake process within the Planning Department. Reviews commitment requests and coordinates with Department Leadership to assign downstream services (e.g., IS, PD&C, Contracting, Strategic Projects, Capital, etc.) or facilitates the movement of commitment requests through defined workflows. As needed, serves as a liaison between the Planning Department and customer's department to gather business needs and requirements to create a commitment business case (BC) for commitments requests. Facilitates communication from the commitment request stage through assigned services or transition to the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO). Coordinates with teams to review documentation, supports teams during design, execution, testing and go-live activities of a project. Creates weekly Portfolio Review agendas for weekly Portfolio meeting. Manages small to medium projects as assigned. Supports in the development and ongoing production of reporting for the Planning department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing the Single Point of Entry portfolio of commitment requests. Annual volumes to be determined based on the launch and development of the single point of entry.
* Manages new work requests, facilitates as the business analysis and requirements gathering to present to the Information Technology Leadership Team for review in partnership with the ETO
* As assigned, gather and compile end user business needs and requirements in the BC documentation/approved technology. Performs research and fact-find and turn into scope and project deliverables in the BC documentation
* As assigned, plan, analyze and conduct interviews with the business users, clinicians, and technical teams
* Coordinate with teams to review documentation, support project teams during design, approval and transition of a project
* Create project sites and appropriate documentation using the Planning Department ServiceNow tool, Planning Department SharePoint.
* Perform minor ServiceNow/SharePoint backend administration
* Create service request/tickets to initiate demand tasks or appropriate workflow processes for all commitment requests risk assessments for approved project requests.
WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 4 years experience in business analysis and/or project management Required
* understand project management methodology Required
EDUCATION
* Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required
