As Business Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Strategic Partnerships Director (SPD) and the Commercial Team, which drives income for Kedleston Group. This team oversees 14 schools, 5 children’s homes, and 1 residential school across the UK.
You’ll be responsible for data analysis, managing CRM systems, supporting referral processes, and contributing to marketing initiatives, all while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead on data analysis and reporting to drive commercial decision-making.
Manage CRM systems (Pipedrive & Arbor) to track referrals and Local Authority (LA) relationships.
Prepare reports for Local Authority meetings, including pupil summaries and financial insights.
Support business development by gathering market intelligence and identifying growth opportunities.
Track frameworks, tenders, and fee changes to maximise income and ensure compliance.
Marketing & Business Development
Work with the Head of Marketing to manage the marketing database, website updates, and GDPR compliance.
Support event management and external engagement activities.
Analyse website and social media performance using Google Analytics.
Collaborate with Headteachers, Referral Managers, Finance Team, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
Support the Group Referrals Coordinator during peak times by monitoring referrals and LA consultations.
Represent at external webinars and events when required.
Work within a dynamic and growing organisation.

Education & Qualifications
Degree or equivalent education.
GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade 4 or above).
Experience in health, social care, or education (public, private, or charitable sectors).
Strong data analysis skills, including experience with CRM systems & Excel (pivot tables & graphs).
Excellent communication & organisational skills.
Ability to analyse and present data visually to support business objectives.
Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) and/or Children in Care (desirable).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, website management, and marketing support (or willingness to learn).
Commercial experience with a strong attention to detail.
Willingness to travel independently to schools, children’s homes, and corporate offices, with occasional overnight stays.
