- Effectively partner with and coach operations leadership and other leadership team members in Scranton.
- Communicate and administer human resource policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and counsel management on corrective action procedure. Ability to understand and proactively address employee concerns.
- Successfully monitor the “pulse” of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement and champion employee engagement and retention efforts.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, developing and validating people processes and transactions to simplify, optimize, or automate administrative work.
- Oversight of payroll processing and timecards.
- Management benefits and leave policies.
- Spearhead projects that solve current business problems and/or directly contribute to long-term objectives.
- Remain current on evolving regulations and legal requirement to minimize legal risk and ensure compliance.
- Embody AZEK Core Values and Leadership Behaviors.
- Ability to flex schedule to support employee relations or other business needs as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

We Believe The Successful Candidate Will Have
- 4 to 6 years of HR generalist experience; preferably in manufacturing operations.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing and changing priorities.
- Experience maintaining an HRIS; UltiPro experience is a plus.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- High-level of discernment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to manage change while enforcing and supporting AZEK Core Values.
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Results driven and self-motivated.
- Bilingual / Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
- Ability to make work fun.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $78,500 in our lowest market up to $85,000 in our highest market, plus bonus, and benefits as applicable. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
