As a Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You'll act as an employee champion and change agent, working to improve communication and foster relationships to achieve strategic business goals.
Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with management to understand business needs and develop strategies to address challenges and opportunities.
Advisory Role: Provide expert guidance on policy implementation, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Change Management: Support and drive change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective implementation of new processes.
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve business needs
Support the EHS landscape applications, bring new automatization for the audits control across the region and work close to the business area in partnership with them to address their needs.
Work with the Digital Technology team ( CTO`s ) to develop a technology strategy and roadmap by researching, evaluating and considering alternative technology options that are available in the market – both independently and by management request – and formulating recommendations and implementation plans or leveraging existing tools that we have.
Ensure timely, customer-focused responses to troubleshooting and other technical requests.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote an inclusive and productive work environment ( Focus on EHS )
Design the EHS roadmap and seek for enhancing process and technology
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology , Engineer or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Partner or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Skills:
Administrative , Information technology and engineering careers with experience in project management and business partners role.
Knowledge in EHS (desirable )
Experience working for Global company and global experience
Systemic vision about process and systems (experience in large systems implementations )
Experience working in an Agile environment
Knowledge in EHS systems: Enablon, Safety Net or Safety Web
