Job summary

AccuWeather For Business is seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to support enterprise sales and operations teams. This hands-on internship covers the full sales cycle—from contract and negotiations support to AI-powered workflows and business intelligence.

You will work closely with sales, legal, finance, and client teams, gaining exposure to CRM platforms like Dynamics CRM and HubSpot, and tackling meaningful projects that impact revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in business-related field and eager to learn.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CRM or AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day contract and legal operations, tracking active deals, outstanding agreements, and legal priorities.
Identify and assist in responding to RFP opportunities with a tracking dashboard.
Assist onboarding of clients and vendors, including billing and account details.
Support data entry, reporting, and maintenance across CRM platforms and BI tools.
Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency of RFP responses and other recurring tasks.
Assist procurement workflows including purchase orders and invoice processing.
