Under direct to moderate supervision perform activities related to processing non-electric service account PeopleSoft billings; maintain joint-use company records with direct communication with joint-use companies; maintain SOX control activities; create and process contractor invoices; reconcile work orders based on accounting policy and procedures; create performance indicator reports communicating with internal customers on results; perform basic and routine administrative duties following well defined standard procedures; assist with document processing; assist in filing and retrieval of information in both hard copy and electronic formats.
