Job summary

Indigo is a small team in California building AI‑driven healthcare operations to help physicians start and grow practices. You will turn market strategy into execution across growth, physician operations, and business performance, working closely with physicians and frontline teams.

This hands‑on role blends analysis, initiative launches, and collaboration with product and engineering to scale operations and automation across the state.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, healthcare, startups, or another high‑growth environment.
• Ability to move between strategy and hands‑on execution.
• Understanding of redesigning operations around AI and automation.
• Strong judgment on where automation creates leverage vs. human involvement.
• Roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude, with ability to develop and execute a plan end‑to‑end.
• Comfort solving problems with limited structure or information.
• Fast learner who takes ownership and works with teams and customers.

The Role

You will turn market strategy into execution across growth, physician operations, and business performance. You will work closely with physicians and frontline teams, solve operational problems, improve practice performance, and help build the systems needed to scale across the state.

This is a hands‑on role. You will move between analyzing performance, launching new initiatives, working directly with practices, and partnering with product and engineering to build better operational tools.

You will also help shape how we build AI-native operations. That means rethinking workflows from first principles, identifying where automation can create leverage, and knowing where human judgment and relationships still matter.
