Job Description
EPS Corporation seekinga highly organized and knowledgeable Business Operations Specialist to provide subject matter expertise and operational support to the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC) in the authorization and accreditation of the U.S. Army Armament Graduate School (AGS) at Picatinny Arsenal. This position plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with federal and regional academic accreditation standards.
Requirements
Provide expert support to DEVCOM-AC in the authorization and accreditation process of AGS.
Collect, organize, and maintain all documentation required to support accreditation and authorization activities.
Assist in analyzing accreditation and authorization requirements and preparing responsive documentation.
Serve as the lead for compiling and submitting registrar-related documentation to the U.S. Department of Education at least 60 days prior to accreditation submissions.
Support Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) accreditation efforts, including submitting registrar-related documentation 60 days prior to MSCHE submission deadlines.
Coordinate and facilitate support to site visitors during the accreditation review process and ensure timely follow-up on all requests for additional information.
Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions led by MSCHE to remain current on regional accreditation policies and procedures.
Liaise with MSCHE and Department of Education officials, helping to coordinate and facilitate communication necessary to achieve and maintain accreditation status.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience with higher education accreditation processes, especially with MSCHE and the U.S. Department of Education, strongly preferred.
Familiarity with registrar functions and academic recordkeeping best practices.
Excellent organizational, project management, and documentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience interacting with accrediting bodies or federal education officials.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience preparing detailed reports and official submissions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
U.S. Citizenship required; eligibility for a security clearance may be required.
