A leading company in the industry is seeking a skilled individual to manage business operations with a focus on subscription data validation and pricing proposals. This role involves collaboration with sales representatives and the management of contracts. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in business and possess relevant experience in sales operations.
What you will do:
Research subscription and customer data to validate accuracy and provide optimal pricing proposals.
Maintain current knowledge of Bloomberg INDG products, policies, and procedures to support internal and external customers.
Self-monitor and manage workflows through various systems to ensure timeliness and accuracy of proposals, invoices, and sales credit payments.
Collaborate with sales representatives and strategic partners to resolve questions and meet customer requirements.
Calculate incremental value of sales and assign sales credit to appropriate sales teams, products, and categories.
Coordinate, prepare, and review new sales contracts and renewals of existing contracts.
Verify and grant appropriate and timely electronic access to customers.
Analyze customer and subscription data and present the findings in a simple manner.
You need to have:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business.
1.5 years' experience in business operations, sales operations, or related field
Demonstrated experience in business systems including CRM.
